I understand that all sessions are recorded, and that except where Matthew D. Asbell has expressly agreed in writing, the recordings and all content therein are the exclusive property and copyright of Matthew D. Asbell and the INTANGIFY name and logo are the exclusive property and trademarks of Matthew D. Asbell. I irrevocably grant and authorize Matthew D. Asbell the rights to use my name, image, and likeness, and any other rights of publicity or personality rights as part of the podcast and any derivative or promotional material related thereto, including the rights to edit, distribute, and monetize the recordings and derivatives and promotional materials related thereto in any medium in perpetuity in all jurisdictions throughout the world. To the extent that any adjudicatory body determined as a matter of law that I am the owner of any rights, including intellectual property rights, in the records, derivative, or promotional materials related thereto, I agree to assign and hereby assign such rights to Matthew D. Asbell, and I agree at my own expense to execute any documents confirming such assignment as may be required by Matthew D. Asbell for recordation of a transfer of ownership of such rights to him.
